The preparation involves thirteen carefully controlled steps, concluding with packaging done using a semi-automatic machine dating back to 1933.
Each candy is a small poured work of art, giving the crunchy sugar shell a translucence that allows you to glimpse the drop of fruit jam enclosed within.
Although they are slightly larger than modern standards, the size of the candies is a direct result of the artisanal process. And it is precisely this characteristic that makes them unique and irreplaceable.
