Made with natural sourdough and Madagascar Bourbon vanilla, it features a light, airy dough crafted to hold the 200 g jar of “Gioia di Cavour” cream — Stratta’s signature gianduja enriched with toasted Piedmont IGP hazelnut grains.
The 70% dark chocolate coating with Piedmont IGP hazelnut crumble faithfully recalls the original praline.
