Since 1836, our original recipe has been passed down from generation to generation, maintaining the authenticity and flavor that make it unique and modestly inimitable.

Dough:
Soft WHEAT flour, BUTTER, sugar, pasteurized EGG yolk, whole MILK powder, natural sourdough, acacia honey, vanilla beans, semi-candied orange paste (orange peel, sugar, glucose syrup), semi-candied lemon paste (Sorrento IGP lemon peel, sugar, glucose syrup), salt, citron (diamond citron, sugar, glucose syrup), diced orange (navel orange peel, sugar, glucose syrup).

Glaze:
Sugar, rice flour, powdered vegetable fat, modified starch, flavorings, wheat starch, ALMONDS, sugar grains, vanilla powdered sugar.

May contain traces of NUTS, SOY, MILK and its derivatives.
